About Enclave Dubai

Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage operating across residential and commercial properties in both off-plan and secondary markets. Founded in 2025 and built on 7+ years of Dubai market experience, we offer market intelligence, developer relationships and dedicated sales support.

Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience preferred; at least 1 year required.
Previous experience with a Dubai real estate brokerage strongly preferred.
Experience in either off-plan or secondary-market transactions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Strong negotiation, prospecting and client management skills.
European language skills preferred.
Valid UAE driving license.
Independent, commercially minded and results-oriented.

50%–70% commission structure.
Fresh daily leads and full marketing support.
Telesales and content support.
