A Senior Property Consultant plays a pivotal role in the real estate industry, providing expert guidance and strategic insights to clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in properties. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate consultancy or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills are essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international real estate markets.
  • Ability to assess property value and identify investment opportunities.
  • Proficient in using real estate software, CRM tools, and MS Office Suite.
