Job Description

A Senior Property Consultant plays a pivotal role in the real estate industry, offering expert advice and guidance to clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role for several years.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple property transactions and client inquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Licensed real estate agent with up-to-date certifications and credentials.
