The role of a Senior Property Consultant is pivotal in the real estate industry, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, industry knowledge, and exceptional client relationship skills. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate transaction process, providing them with expert advice and insights to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed real estate documents such as contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.

  • Organize and conduct property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in real estate consulting or sales environment.
  • Proven track record of successful real estate transactions and client management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess property trends and valuations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional real estate licenses and certifications are highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
