Job Description

Enclave Dubai, founded in 2025, is a Dubai-based brokerage covering residential and commercial real estate, including secondary and off-plan property. Built on 7+ years of Dubai market experience, Enclave combines RERA-certified expertise, market intelligence, developer relationships and a client-first approach.

Strong track record in Dubai real estate or luxury property sales
Demonstrated experience closing property transactions
Experience in off-plan, secondary market or both
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Strong negotiation, investor relationship and client management skills
Valid UAE driving license
Ability to work independently and contribute to team performance

50%–70% commission structure
Fresh daily leads and full marketing support
Telesales and content support
Company phone and SIM card
