Job Description

Enclave Dubai, founded in 2025, is a Dubai-based brokerage covering residential and commercial, secondary and off-plan property. Built on 7+ years of Dubai market experience, Enclave combines RERA-certified expertise, market intelligence, developer relationships and a client-first approach.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
Experience in off-plan or secondary-market property sales
Strong client acquisition, communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of Dubai communities, property trends and pricing
Valid UAE driving license
Ability to manage clients independently and work within a team

50%–70% commission structure
Fresh daily leads and full marketing support
Telesales and content support
Company phone and SIM card
Visa and health insurance
Ongoing training and industry-leading tools
