Senior Projects Manager - UAE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

• Ensure completing the projects as per the agreement/ contract approved time, cost, and quality.
• Managing all correspondence and letters of the projects.
• Attending client and consultant meetings & and guiding them through processes.
• Following submittals and inspections to get approval within the approved program.
• Follow up on payment applications to ensure collection on time. 
• Writing progress reports & and presenting them to management.
• Monitoring all work in accordance with schedules.
• Maintaining project management plans.
• Managing all sub‐contractors, and third-party suppliers within each project.
• Submitting forecast reports.
• Achieving forecast and targets set by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 

• Engineering degree holder
• 7-year experience in the same field/products
• High level of computer skills
