Job Description

Projects / Energy Lawyer Dubai

International Law Firm Environment | Magic Circle Salary

We are supporting a well-known law firm with a strong track record across energy, projects, and infrastructure mandates in the Middle East. The firm advises investors, developers, and financial institutions on complex, cross-border transactions spanning oil & gas, power, renewables, construction, and industrial development.

They are seeking a Projects Lawyer (ideally 4-8 PQE) to join their growing Dubai-based team, working closely with partners who have trained and practised at top-tier international firms. The role offers exposure to project development, EPC contracts, project finance, and joint ventures, alongside opportunities to advise on corporate and commercial transactions related to the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Candidates should bring strong technical grounding from a recognised international law firm, with experience in major projects or energy work. Exposure to MENA or emerging markets will be an advantage, and a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset is key. This is an outstanding opportunity for a lawyer looking to combine high-level international work with real regional impact.
