Senior Project Manager

We are currently partnered with a leading bank searching for a Senior Project Manager to lead large scale technology and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end delivery of large technology and digital transformation programs

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies

• Oversee application development, integration, infrastructure, and platform related initiatives

• Work closely with business, technology, risk, and external vendor teams

• Drive governance, reporting, and delivery standards across multiple workstreams

• Manage third party vendors and delivery partners

• Support agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches depending on project requirements

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall experience with 8+ years managing complex technology projects

• Strong background delivering enterprise IT or digital transformation programs

• Experience managing software development and systems integration initiatives

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work across business, technology, and external vendors

• Experience within banking, financial services, or regulated environments is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of SDLC, governance, risk, and delivery frameworks
