Senior Project Manager in our office in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans; scope plans, and timelines
• Manage projects communications including reporting
• Identify and manage potential risks
• Work with different stakeholders to achieve projects’ goals
• Solve issues around projects
• Gather and documents business requirement and provide solutions
• Research and pre-projects documentation preparation
• Create and track test plans
• Assisting other members in the PMO with their projects
• Handle higher priority and more complex projects
• Contribute to the PMO standards and processes
• Contribute and enhance the project standard templates
• Be a reference point of contact for other departments

Skills & Competencies

• Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework
• Knowledge of various Agile project management methodologies
• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Time management skills
• Advanced Problem-solving skills
• Ability to deal with multiple and senior stakeholders

Experience Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Software or IT implementation
• Experience in managing projects that require app development
• Experience in using Atlassian products (JIRA) and (Confluence) is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) certification is a plus
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification is a plus
• Business Analysis experience is a plus
• Financial industry or FinTECH experience is a plus
• Arabic speaker is a plus
• English fluency is a must
