Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the planning, design, and execution of high-rise and residential construction projects.

Lead coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Review and approve project plans, schedules, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.

Monitor project progress, budget, and quality to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and company standards.

Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and cost overruns through effective project management strategies.

Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and performance evaluations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 18+ years of experience in project management within the UAE construction industry.

Proven experience in high-rise towers and residential projects is essential.

Experience working with a consultant firm is mandatory.
