Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years in IT project management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing complex projects and a thorough understanding of ServiceNow. You will be responsible for stakeholder management, risk management, and budget oversight. A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Masters degree preferred. Proficiency in Arabic will be considered an advantage. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring all project milestones are tracked.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices for project management.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance process efficiency and project outcome.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior project managers and team members.
• Foster relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to support project initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.
• Support the organization in attaining project management certifications and best practices.
  
  

• Experience Level: Senior (8+ years)
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic will be an asset.
