Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing MEP projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Job Responsibility

• Manage and lead MEP projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  
  

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelors degree in Engineering is a must.
• Minimum of 18 years of experience managing MEP projects, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and adapt to changing project requirements.
