Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a high-impact Transformation Office within a leading organisation. We are seeking an individual who combines the structured problem-solving and delivery excellence of a consulting background with experience operating within founder-led, promoter-led, or entrepreneurial businesses, where pace, agility, and stakeholder management are critical to success.


Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive strategic initiatives and business transformation programmes across multiple functions, ensuring key priorities are delivered efficiently and effectively. This role requires a commercially minded professional who can navigate complexity, influence senior stakeholders, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects and transformation initiatives from inception through delivery.
  • Drive programme governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment against business objectives.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and progress updates.
  • Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and key deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and business performance.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of project, programme, or transformation management experience.
  • Experience within a leading consulting firm and/or a corporate Transformation Office, Strategy, or PMO function.
  • Exposure to founder-led, promoter-led, or entrepreneurial organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives.
  • Proven track record delivering complex business transformation programmes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
