Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, high-complexity Technology and Telecom projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, system integration, and cross-functional team leadership within client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Telecom & Technology projects
• Handle project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead multi-technology and cross-functional teams
• Manage client communication, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and delivery best practices
• Drive process improvements and continuous optimization
• Monitor project financials, revenue, billing, margins, and profitability
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  
  

• Strong experience in Telecom, System Integration, and Service Provider environments
• Expertise in managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in project governance, risk management, and quality assurance
• Strong understanding of project financial management and reporting
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree is an added advantage
