Who You Are

A Senior Project Manager with deep technical delivery experience, leading innovation-led projects and owning delivery for a key social AR platform partner

This role sits within Tactical’s Senior Project Manager framework, with an added focus on technical, innovation-led, and emerging technology delivery. The Technical & Innovation PM will lead the delivery of complex AR, 3D, immersive, and platform-led experiences, while also owning end-to-end delivery for one of Tactical’s key social AR platform partners.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring real technical fluency, not just coordination.

What You’ll Do

Technical & Innovation Delivery

• Lead delivery of technically complex projects including Social AR, 3D, immersive experiences, experimental platform builds, and physical installations or production-led innovation work.
• Manage end-to-end delivery across concept, prototyping, development, testing, iteration, production, and launch.
• Understand and confidently manage 3D pipelines, development cycles, physical production workflows, and technical dependencies, even when not executing the work directly.
• Translate creative ideas into technically and operationally feasible delivery plans, bringing order to ambiguity and establishing clear structure, timelines, and ownership.
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risk across scope, timelines, budget, legal approvals, platform requirements, and production realities.
• Continuously assess and re-scope projects as they evolve, ensuring delivery remains realistic, aligned, and commercially sound.
• Act as a senior delivery partner across creative, engineering, production, platform partners, and clients, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout.
  
  

• Own delivery across all projects for a key social AR platform partner, including BAU, campaign-based, and innovation-led work.
• Ensure platform guidelines, technical specifications, and approval processes are fully understood and embedded into delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining quality, speed, and technical integrity.
• Support innovation roadmaps and forward-looking platform opportunities, including emerging formats and experimental builds.
  
  

• Support delivery of forward-facing innovation projects such as spatial computing, immersive retail, AR mirrors, and experimental experiences.
• Partner with Innovation, Creative, and Account teams to scope, prototype, and launch new formats.
• Bring structure, risk management, and clarity to inherently ambiguous or exploratory work.
  
  

• 6–8 years of project or delivery management experience in a creative, digital, or innovation-led environment.
• Proven experience delivering technical, platform-led, or development-heavy projects (e.g. Social AR, 3D, immersive, or platform-native builds).
• Strong understanding of 3D and development workflows, even if not hands-on.
• Experience running sprint-based or phased delivery models.
• Confidence managing technical stakeholders, developers, and platform partners.
• Ability to challenge timelines, scope, feasibility, and risk based on technical, legal, platform, and production realities.
• Comfortable operating in evolving or undefined innovation spaces, adapting delivery approaches as projects evolve.
• Strong ability to translate between creative ambition and technical feasibility.
  
  

• Regional experience working closely with major social platform partners.
• Exposure to emerging technologies such as spatial computing, immersive retail, or experimental digital experiences.
• Background in innovation labs, R&D teams, or emerging tech units.
