About The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling our Business Analyst team to deliver high-impact projects efficiently and on time. You will oversee project prioritization, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of business analysis initiatives. Your leadership and organizational skills will help drive the success of our loyalty platform and partner growth.
What You’ll Do
Project Leadership & Prioritization
Define clear project goals, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project outcomes and impact
Lead the planning, tracking, and execution of projects in collaboration with Senior Business Analysts.
Manage project priorities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion.
Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and adjust project plans as needed to maintain momentum.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and action items.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Organize and lead meetings, gather requirements, and ensure alignment across business analysts, product teams, account managers, and partners.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up actions to drive accountability.
Drive decision-making by providing clear insights, trade-off analyses, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Execution & Delivery Support
Support the development and maintenance of BI tools, dashboards, and reports in partnership with Business Analysts.
Oversee data collection, validation, and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Document business processes, requirements, and best practices to support continuous improvement
Supporting ad-hoc business requests (using a dedicated slack channel)
Process Improvement
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance project management processes
Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the analytics and project teams
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in project management, preferably supporting analytics or business analysis teams.
Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a talent for clear, concise, and professional interactions.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and basic data analysis concepts.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Experience or knowledge in Business Intelligence, data warehouse concepts, or familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Metabase, PowerBI, SQL Server, Vertica, Hadoop, or MSDT
