Senior Project Manager Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure and giga projects to lead end-to-end project execution across consultancy, PMC, and contractor-led environments.

This role is suited for a hands-on delivery leader with proven experience managing construction operations, multidisciplinary teams, contractors, stakeholders, and project execution from mobilization through final handover.

Role Summary

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of major infrastructure and large-scale development projects in Dubai, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with project quality standards.

The successful candidate will oversee project planning, construction execution, commercial coordination, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery across all project phases.

This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, technical coordination, and the ability to manage fast-paced and complex project environments.

We are also expanding across engineering, planning, HSE, QA/QC, drafting, commercial, procurement, and site supervision functions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale infrastructure and giga projects from mobilization through final handover.

• Develop and implement project execution strategies, delivery plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.

• Manage multidisciplinary engineering, construction, technical, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and commercial teams.

• Oversee project mobilization, staffing, workforce allocation, and operational coordination to support efficient execution.

• Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, procurement coordination, and commercial performance in line with contractual requirements.

• Oversee contractors, construction activities, site operations, and progress against key delivery milestones.

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and supervision teams to maintain efficient project operations.

• Review project schedules, construction sequencing, execution methodologies, and delivery strategies to support timely completion.

• Identify project risks, delays, and technical challenges while implementing mitigation and recovery strategies.

• Lead coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and decision-making.

• Act as the primary project representative during meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagements.

• Oversee technical submissions, reports, project documentation, method statements, and construction deliverables.

• Ensure compliance with Dubai authority regulations, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

• Manage contract administration, variations, claims coordination, and project reporting activities.

• Drive accountability, performance, and delivery standards across all project teams.

• Oversee testing, commissioning, close-out activities, and final project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure, construction, or giga projects.

• Minimum 5+ years of project experience in Dubai is mandatory.

• Proven experience delivering projects within contractor, PMC, consultancy, or client-side environments.

• Strong background in construction management and operational delivery.

• Experience managing contractors, consultants, technical teams, and large site operations.

• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure developments including airport, railway, transportation, or giga projects is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

• Strong understanding of project execution, construction management, contracts administration, commercial coordination, and project controls.

• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and delivery performance.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority requirements and international construction standards.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to manage high-pressure and fast-paced project environments.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferred.

Full-time role based in Dubai, UAE, with involvement across major infrastructure and large-scale development projects.
