HOW YOUll IMPACT

Holistic project leadership.

You have an integrative leadership style and strong communication skills. You will manage broad customer portfolios and be involved in shaping the energy transition in companies in the energy industry or at important technology and system providers both in Germany and abroad. You will be responsible for the development and successful implementation of suitable strategies to optimize the supply chain and strategic procurement process.

WHAT YOULL BRING.

University degree with strong academic results.

Ideally 5+ years of experience in Consulting or relevant professional experience in leading Energy transition projects.

Extensive expertise in the areas of planning and operation of energy and supply networks, (renewable) energy generation or in strategic purchasing or procurement projects from system suppliers.

You have already proven your analytical and conceptual skills at management level in demanding projects. You show full commitment, are customer-oriented and cooperative. You have shown that you can successfully lead teams professionally and personally.

Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills, turning complex challenges into clear, practical solutions. Genuine passion for both strategic and hands-on work.

Clear and confident communication in international settings, building trusted relationships, bringing curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration to every project and creating a space for people to contribute and do their best work.

You’re flexible to travel and enjoy working with international teams across different locations and cultures.

Business fluency in both German and English.
