Senior Project Engineer Elv

Role Purpose

To lead ELV engineering coordination on assigned Innovo MEP projects, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring ELV deliverables meet specification and regulatory requirements. 

• Technical Leadership 

• Lead review of ELV shop drawings, submittals, and method statements. 

• Provide technical direction on fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling systems. 

• Authority Coordination 

• Lead TRA and Civil Defence approval processes for the ELV scope. 

Liaise with authority inspectors to resolve technical queries and secure system approvals. 

Mentoring 

• Mentor ELV Engineers and Project Engineers on technical matters. 

• Review junior engineers' authority submissions and provide technical feedback. 

Quality & Commissioning 

• Oversee ELV installation quality checks and witness testing and commissioning activities. 

• Review ELV snagging and ensure timely closure prior to handover. 

Documentation & Reporting 

• Maintain ELV technical submittal and authority approval registers for assigned projects. 

• Report ELV engineering progress and technical issues to the Electrical Team Leader.

• Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality. 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering 

• Minimum 6–8 years of ELV MEP project engineering experience
