With operations spanning multiple countries and a technically-led workforce, the organisation is focused on establishing structure, alignment, and scalable growth post-transaction.

Job Description

• Establish and lead the integration office / PMO
• Drive programme governance and structure across workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies
• Identify interdependencies and manage integration risks
• Develop and execute 30, 60, 90-day integration plans
• Provide oversight, QA and challenge to functional outputs
• Lead communication and alignment with senior stakeholders
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years in integration, transformation or programme roles
• Due to the urgency of the role, candidates must be available to start within 2 weeks.
• Strong experience in cross-functional, multi-country delivery
• Proven stakeholder management at senior leadership level
• Exposure to M&A or post-acquisition integration environments
• Consulting or transformation background preferred
• Adaptable, structured and effective in ambiguous settings
