The Position

Position Title: Senior Product Manager - Consumer Experience and Reengagement

Reports To: Director of Product

Position Summary

The senior PM role at Property Finder is typically responsible for a medium to large product domain within the overall product portfolio, translating overall company product strategy into a coherent roadmap, aligning with key stakeholders, setting priorities based on impact, and managing squad delivery in close collaboration with engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy development: Contribute to and execute against the product vision and strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including being an advocate for the consumer experience within the company by ensuring product development aligns with consumer needs and overall business goals.
• Product lifecycle: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from research and discovery, design, technical requirements to launch and continuous optimisation. Promote a culture of continuous product improvement vs ‘set and forget’ project management approach.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product design, marketing, and the broader organization to continuously prioritize product initiatives, resolve conflicts, and deliver ongoing quality.
• Data-driven decision making: Utilise data, analytics and customer insights to make informed decisions, conduct experiments, and iterate on product features to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Be a leader when it comes to driving an experimentation mindset and practice within the product engineering and wider organisation.
• Stakeholder communication: Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to senior management including ELT and other key stakeholders. Influence key decisions through developing a clear and compelling product narrative.
• Innovation and industry awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for innovation in the consumer experience.
• Leadership: Whilst direct line management is not a part of the role, there is a strong expectation to mentor and coach other more junior product managers to continuously improve product best practices at Property Finder.
  
  

• Product management experience of 7+ years, ideally also with relevant experience in either marketing, software development or experience design.
• Experience with high traffic consumer spanning multiple countries (marketplace experience is a plus)
• Demonstrated experience in the full product lifecycle, and leading both product and engineering teams and wider organization through this ongoing process.
• Strong experience in implementing product delivery methods including design thinking, lean product, agile delivery and A/B testing.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders both with and without direct authority, and to educate on and evangelize product management best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
