Senior Product Manager Sports Medicine Poland CEE

What you will do:

• Manage New Product Introductions effectively
• Develop and execute state of the art promotional and educational programs
• Drive price and product mix to maximize sales and profitability
• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeon champions and KOLs
• Standardize and implement sales and marketing best practices across geographies
• Play an active role in the IBP process as appropriate
• Take responsibility for demand generation and forecasting accuracy
• Partner with Education Team to deliver best in class sales force training
• Drive and influence sales force focus, effort and results
• Be the market subject matter expert for the Endoscopy products, understanding market trends, competitive intelligence, product performance and evidence requirements
  
  

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree: MBA preferred
• Minimum 7 - 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3–5 years as a Product Manager in the medical technology, pharmaceutical or related industry
• Business results focused
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Highly developed and effective influencing and communication skills
• Self-starter
• Demonstrates strong empathy with Customers, Colleagues and Staff
• Problem solver
• Prepared to take ownership
