Senior Product Manager - Rider Core Product

Location: Hamburg or Barcelona

Were looking for a Product Manager to join our Rider team. This role is critical for owning and continuously improving key parts of the rider journey. You will be responsible for identifying friction points and unmet needs to drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction across our customer-facing platform.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• End to end own and continuously improve key parts of the rider journey.
• Identify friction points, drop-offs, and unmet needs using data, research, and direct user feedback.
• Drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Translate business goals and user insights into clear problem statements and high-impact opportunities
• Validate ideas through experiments, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.
• Balance short-term wins with long-term platform improvements.
• Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and other teams
• Align stakeholders around clear goals and success metrics.
• Communicate vision, progress, and trade-offs effectively.
  
  

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, within a fast-paced environment on a multi million customer facing product such as mobility, food delivery etc
• Strong, proven experience with discovery and delivery. Proficient experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform and drive product decisions
• A passion for creating simple, user-friendly, and highly effective products.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate user problems, data evidence, target audience and suggested solutions.
• A strategic and analytical mindset, demonstrating a commitment to deeply understanding competitor actions and critically evaluating the Why and their relevance before adopting any approach.
• Experience with Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools
• High agency: Proactive, end-to-end ownership, energetic, solution oriented with bias toward action
