We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own pricing strategy and execution across Careem’s delivery platform. In this role, you will develop and optimize dynamic pricing models that shape customer behavior, ensure captain earnings are sustainable, and drive profitable growth. You will partner with data science, analytics, and vertical leads to use pricing as a powerful lever for demand shaping and marketplace health.

Your Responsibilities
Define the Pricing Vision and Strategy
Develop a long-term pricing strategy for customers and captains across verticals, including Food, Grocery, Shops, Box, and Express
Use pricing to drive conversion, shape demand, and maintain supply-demand balance
Align pricing with captain earnings targets and customer affordability to ensure retention and loyalty
Contribute directly to company profitability through precise, scalable pricing mechanisms
Own the Pricing Product Roadmap
Build and prioritize product features for customer pricing, captain payouts, and partner commissions
Partner with data scientists to develop and deploy dynamic pricing algorithms for real-time use
Design pricing systems for dark store inventory and run structured A/B testing and simulations to validate hypotheses
Translate strategy into detailed product requirements and lead implementation with engineering teams
Lead Cross-Functional Alignment
Serve as the central pricing point of contact for Finance, Operations, Analytics, and Vertical leads
Conduct competitive research and market scans to inform pricing decisions
Represent captain and customer perspectives, ensuring pricing decisions are equitable and experience-focused
Build pricing governance processes, including RACI models, to manage changes at scale
Drive Execution and Continuous Optimization
Monitor pricing performance and behavioral impact across segments
Build simulation tools and frameworks to model pricing changes before deployment
Liaise with commercial and operational teams to implement changes and measure outcomes
Iterate quickly based on data feedback and business impact
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field (MBA is a plus)
7–10 years of experience in product management, ideally within tech, logistics, e-commerce, or mobility
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, pricing models, and supply-demand balancing
Experience working with ML-based pricing or personalization models is highly preferred
Proficiency with A/B testing, simulation, and rapid experimentation methods
Excellent analytical skills, with comfort working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
