A Day in the Life
As the Senior Product Manager for La Roche-Posay, reporting to the Brand Business Lead, you will help shape the future of skin health in the GCC region. This is a chance to join a contemporary marketing team where you will lead with purpose and impact.
You will work in a contemporary Marketing structure where you will handle strategic product categories, annual product plans & marketing mix strategy, propose disruptive strategies & affect decision making.
You will perform the role of the senior marketer emphasizing on consumers and internal teams. Track and report brand performance, providing meaningful insights and having a synthetic mindset into data–driven decisions to maximize brand performance.
You will ensure consistency of brand tone of voice and equity in online and offline environment. Develop brand awareness & penetration, expression in POS and recommendation by health experts.
You will be the expert of the product categories with an in-depth understanding of the local consumer and market facts as well as trends and insights. Build integrated and engaging consumer brand experiences. Monitor and track competition.
You will manage budget and product optimizations, ensuring launches maximization, stock optimization, best ROI and contribute to sales forecast accuracy to meet brand’s annual business objectives.
You will be a true brand expert and orchestrator, fostering strong collaboration and seamless communication across internal teams (Division CDMO team, medical, sales, finance, logistics, education, and other Departments), as well as international teams and partnering associations. Participate in divisional & corporate projects.
You will implement the annual media plan & create impactful 360 campaigns, by working closely with the media lead & media agency, to boost brand awareness and drive consumer engagement across funnel.
You will partner with agencies to develop aligned and holistic communication & advertising strategies, accommodating campaigns’ deadlines in a timely manner.

Significant experience in a relevant marketing role, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Beauty Industry.
A degree in marketing, business, or a related scientific field. An MBA is a plus.
Strong data analytics, strategic thinking, and advanced planning capabilities.
Digital expertise in leading creative briefs and allocating media budgets.
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
