Role Summary

Property Finder is the leading property portal in the UAE and MENA, and one of the most visited Real Estate destinations in the region. Millions of people use it every month to find a home, and most of them arrive because the product itself brought them there.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our product-led growth work: making the product easier to discover, faster to get value from, more rewarding to come back to, and something people want to share. You will lead a cross-functional squad, own the roadmap, and be accountable for the results.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a rare kind of generalist: someone with a quantitative mind, real depth across product, SEO, performance marketing, research, data and engineering, and the taste and presence to carry a growth story from a spreadsheet to the executive room.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the product-led growth roadmap, from discovery to delivery to results.
• Grow the product's organic reach: the pages, tools and content surfaces that make Property Finder the place people land when they search for anything to do with property, including through AI assistants.
• Make the product shareable and viral. Build the moments people want to send to a partner, a friend or a colleague, and make sharing effortless.
• Design first sessions that get new visitors to value quickly, and experiences that bring people back throughout their property journey.
• Bring engagement and gamification into the product with taste: recognition, progress and reward that feel natural in a high-stakes decision like finding a home.
• Turn user contributions into product: reviews, questions, opinions and local knowledge that make the product richer for everyone.
• Run a disciplined experimentation programme: hypotheses, guardrails, clean reads and honest write-ups when a test loses.
• Work hand in hand with performance marketing so paid and organic reinforce each other rather than compete.
• Use AI as a working method, not a slide: research, analysis, prototyping, content and data workflows.
• Lead the squad day to day: prioritisation, specs, experiments, readouts and shipped work.
• Work closely with SEO, Data Science, Engineering, Design, Analytics and Marketing, and keep growth on the consumer side aligned with the business.
• Communicate crisply with senior stakeholders and represent the growth story across the company.

Desired Experience

• You have built products that grew on their own having spread through its own users and search, and you can explain what worked, what did not, and why.
• Eight or more years in product, most of it on consumer products at scale, with at least three in a growth role where you owned the number.
• Quantitative by training. A degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science or a similar discipline, ideally with an MBA or comparable business education on top.
• First principles reasoning and you are comfortable with models.
• End to end knowledge. Discovery, user research, specs, prioritisation, experimentation and readouts.
• You have designed and read A/B tests properly, including the messy ones with lag, seasonality and interference, and you know when not to trust a result.
• Hands-on with SEO. Technical, content and off-page.
• You have worked in Search Console and crawl data yourself, shipped templated pages at scale, and understand how search engines and AI assistants source and cite answers.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing. Paid search, paid social and app campaigns: how they are bought, measured and attributed, and how they interact with organic.
• User research. Interviews, surveys, usability sessions and behavioural analysis, and you know which one answers which question.
• Strong with data. SQL and product analytics as a daily habit, statistics you can apply rather than recite, and dashboards you built yourself.
• You can code and you speak engineering. Python or JavaScript well enough to pull data, prototype a feature or automate a workflow, and enough architecture to have a real conversation about trade-offs and effort. Engineers trust your judgement.
• AI skills. You use LLMs and agents as a working method for research, analysis, prototyping and content, you have built or orchestrated agentic workflows, and you have a grounded view of where they help and where they hurt.
• You can take a complex story to an executive room, hold attention, answer the hard question and leave with a decision.

Nice to have

• Marketplace experience where you have worked on a two-sided product and know that growth on one side has consequences on the other.
• Real Estate, classifieds or marketplace background in the UAE or GCC.
• Experience with user-generated content, loyalty or gamification products, or App Store Optimisation.
• Arabic language skills
