Your challenges:

• Own and define the product vision for our crypto trading features, setting a roadmap that balances user needs, technical realities, and strategic goals.
• Take calculated risks—using data and research to back bold product decisions, testing quickly, and learning even faster.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver products from concept to launch at scale.
• Immerse yourself in the world of crypto traders—analyzing behaviors, conducting interviews, and uncovering the motivations that drive engagement.
• Go beneath the surface of metrics to understand the “why” behind user decisions and trading patterns.
• Lead execution with urgency—progressing from big ideas to live products without sacrificing quality.
• Navigate the challenges unique to crypto and fintech, from regulatory requirements to evolving market dynamics and technical constraints.
• Explore and implement tokenization strategies for user accounts, digital assets, and authentication, keeping us at the forefront of blockchain innovation.
• Present your insights and recommendations to leadership, influencing not only product direction but company strategy.

Requirements:

• Bring 5+ years of product management experience, ideally from startup or scale-up environments where you’ve worn multiple hats.
• Have built financial products and deeply understand the nuances of regulated industries.
• Can demonstrate deep knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, DeFi, or crypto trading platforms.
• Possess proven expertise in behavioral insight—translating user motivation into features that drive retention and engagement.
• Understand tokenization, digital asset management, wallet architecture, or blockchain-based account systems.
• Have a track record of successfully launching products from 0→1 or scaling existing ones to new heights.
• Are driven by data—comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and using behavioral metrics to inform decisions.
• Communicate exceptionally well, influencing without authority, and inspiring teams around a shared vision.
• Are entrepreneurial—a self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t wait for permission.
• Bonus points if you have experience with trading platforms, derivatives, tokenomics, NFTs, blockchain architecture, identity and wallet products, or building for high-growth/international markets.
• Stand out by embracing intelligent risk, moving fast, thinking like a user, and bringing contagious energy to your team.
