The team

The Acquire Team is part of Kraken’s Growth Team, focused on driving high-quality signups across Kraken’s product ecosystem. We own the end-to-end experience for users before they become clients: from discovering Kraken through organic channels, to landing on our website, to signing up. Our work spans SEO/AEO, CRO, Kraken.com (logged out), and new traffic channels.

We’re a fast-moving, data-driven team that thrives on experimentation and impact. Our mission: turn more of the right visitors into lifelong Kraken clients.

The opportunity

• Own the product roadmap and execution for your team, focused on CRO on our logged-out Kraken.com and our signup funnels across Kraken’s product ecosystem.
• Build systems and strategies that intelligently route traffic across Kraken’s product ecosystem, ensuring the right users are matched with the right offerings early in their journey.
• Explore and launch freemium tools, interactive utilities, or other high-value logged-out experiences that introduce Kraken’s capabilities and build trust — even before a user signs up.
• Partner with design and engineering to ship landing page optimizations, segmented and personalized user journeys through high velocity experimentation.
• Use quantitative data, user insights, and competitive research to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including brand, legal, compliance, and product, to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Champion a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Skills You Should HODL

• 5 years of product management experience, with 3+ years in growth or acquisition-focused roles.
• Proven track record of shipping successful product features through experiments that move business metrics.
• Experience with CRO on landing pages and app/web-based acquisition funnels.
• Experience thinking across a multi-product ecosystem, ideally with dynamic routing or recommendation logic.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing frameworks and hypothesis development.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
• A growth mindset – you are curious, resilient, and not afraid to challenge assumptions.
• Experience designing freemium or utility features that drive engagement and conversion.
