Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across enterprise banking products. The role focuses on driving end-to-end UX/UI design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating business requirements into engaging digital experiences that align with product strategy and brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

Product & UX Design

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity UI designs.
• Define user journeys, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
• Create intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure design consistency through reusable design systems and components.
  
  

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation sessions.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, UI Engineers, and Development teams.
• Translate customer insights into meaningful design improvements.
  
  

• Champion Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Support design handoffs and implementation throughout Agile delivery cycles.
• Maintain design documentation and promote UX best practices across teams.
