We are looking for a highly prestigious international creative studio in the United Arab Emirates for a Senior Product Designer / Object & 3D Designer to join its multidisciplinary design and innovation team.

This is a rare opportunity for an exceptional designer to work at the intersection of concept, culture, materiality, storytelling and high-end object creation within an ambitious international environment.

The studio operates across design, innovation, exhibitions, cultural initiatives, spatial experiences and future-focused creative projects. The work moves fluidly between strategy, craftsmanship, visual culture and cutting-edge creative development.

The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and conceptually strong designer who can lead the design and realization of high-end objects and 3D design outcomes across categories.

You are able to translate creative direction into culturally relevant, materially sophisticated and production-ready designs. You combine conceptual thinking with strong execution skills and move seamlessly between digital and physical design processes.

Responsibilities

Develop original and conceptually strong design proposals

Translate creative direction into compelling forms, narratives and object languages

Lead the full 3D design process from sketch to final realization

Work across digital tools, 3D workflows and hands-on prototyping

Explore materials, finishes and innovative production techniques

Collaborate closely with artisans, suppliers and manufacturers

Ensure high design quality throughout the production process

Balance creativity with technical feasibility and production intelligence

Contribute to the broader creative vision and design language of the studio

Profile

We Are Looking For Someone Who

Has a highly developed design sensibility and aesthetic awareness

Is fluent in both digital and physical 3D design processes

Has strong understanding of materials, finishes and manufacturing techniques

Is able to think conceptually while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Has broad cultural awareness and curiosity

Feels comfortable working across objects, furniture, collectible design and spatial concepts

Thrives in ambitious, high-level creative environments

Is collaborative, adaptable and proactive

Holds a relevant Bachelor degree (Master preferred)

Brings relevant international or multidisciplinary experience
