Senior Product Designer Design Systems

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong expertise in Design Systems at an enterprise scale to join our client, Emirates NBD. This role requires a highly skilled designer who can drive consistency, scalability, and innovation across digital products, especially within the banking/fintech domain.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of enterprise-level Design Systems ensuring scalability, reusability, and consistency across platforms
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Design and deliver intuitive, user-centric experiences across mobile (iOS & Android) and web/desktop platforms
• Own the end-to-end UX process — from research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping to final UI delivery
• Ensure adherence to design standards, accessibility, and usability best practices
• Contribute to design governance and mentor junior designers where required
• Work in Agile environments, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews
• Align design strategies with business goals, especially within SME banking products
  
  

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer / Senior Product Designer
• Strong hands-on experience in building and managing Design Systems at scale
• Proven expertise in UX/UI design across mobile and web platforms
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end design lifecycle
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments within product squads
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

• Experience in Banking / BFSI / Fintech domains
• Exposure to SME (Small & Medium Enterprises) banking products
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Understanding of design systems governance and accessibility standards
