Provide support on Centralized Accounts Management Unit activities and functions, i.e. Client’s onboarding, maintenance service requests, efficiently and accurately and in accordance with OPM and SOP’s

• To process signature requests with adequate controls as per banks policy.
• To validate online Trade license and MOA of entity cases through Govt. authority’s websites.
• To process cases with 99% accuracy. Nil Escalations
• To review and validate original documents VS scan image.
• Make sure to meet SLA, KPI, regulatory and compliance requirements
• Conduct root cause analysis of Complaints or escalations.
• To ensure correct MI Reporting and timely update of SOP, RCSA test results
• Comprehensive knowledge of General Banking Activities and Online Banking Products and Services.
• Good Communication skills.
• Strong inter-personal, problem solving communication, analytical.
• Capable of handling multiple task
• Minimum Qualification is Graduation.
• Strong Computer knowledge along with MIS preparation and presentation skills
