Job Summary
Looking for Senior Process Engineer with 10 to 15 years in oil and gas Industry, fluent in process designs, process software and having site experience.
Has strong communication and organization skills, must be action oriented and willing to embrace new challenges.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and collaborate with process lead/Discipline manager to determine project objective for the process team within the project.
Provide appropriate process engineering input to design activities undertaken by other inter-discipline engineering within the project team.
Interface with other disciplines, and with vendors, and required parties with process engineering
Ensure that the deliverables provided to the project are technically accurate, within the scope, budget and schedule, and in compliance with quality procedures and project plans
Provide leadership/mentorship for the (junior) process engineer so he/she succeeds in the given task.
Contribute to the process team in order to create a good working environment and a strong team spirit.
Execute Feasibility Studies / Conceptual Design / Process Studies.
Develop and assist others process engineer in key design documents (Heat & Material Balance,
PFD, P&ID, DataSheets, etc.).
Fluent with process softwares such as: Hysys, FlareNet, ProMax etc.
Have good knowledge of the following process work: Line Hydraulics (Line Sizing, Pumps, Control Valves); PSV sizing; blowdown & Equipment Sizing,etc.
Act as representative in Technical Design Reviews (P&ID, HAZOP, SIL, HAZID, client and vendor Meetings).
Experience assisting project engineering leads and managers in project design and execution according to contract and client needs.
Adept at writing technical reports and scopes of work and Technical Queries.
Recognize problems and discrepancies in work process and suggest improvement and request help when needed.

Responsible for a process design that will operate safely and adhere to the NOV HSE and Quality requirement
Contribute to continuous improvement of HSE and Quality within the project and everyday office environment

Responsible for the completion of tasks and ensures that process engineering deliverable are within allowable budget and time agreed in the contract
Strategy
Work closely with Process lead to align the strategic decisions with planning activities Delegate and follow up work assigned to other process engineer
Methods
Utilize the PEM, carry out tasks given in accordance to the company policies, procedures, etc. Communicate, integrate and cooperate with other discipline to achieve the common goals

Is familiar with the principle of safe process engineering design
Is familiar with PEM,
Project Execution
Execute the projects according to PEM
Follow-up activities within the process group, assist/guide junior process engineers to fulfil the process tasks.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Strong chemical engineering basis
Extensive experience in Oil & Gas industry (MIDSTREAM) in EPC
Good knowledge for the industry standards such as : API, Shell DEP, Saudi ARAMCO, ADNOC standards.
Good knowledge in the package’s design such as: Gas treatment, oil treatment and produced water treatment.
Experience Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering
10 to 15 years of relevant experience
Fluent in process Designs
Fluent in process Software
Site experience
Additional technical studies and in project management are an advantage
Experience and good knowledge for Packages Designs: Gas Dehydration and Sweetening units, Crude Oil Treatment, etc.
