Purpose of the Position
To consult with our clients on their Leadership and Professional Development needs and facilitate and design our high impact leadership development programs that support clients to achieve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Senior Principal Consultants will work on project teams to deliver Leadership & Professional Development solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
You will already have worked in the Leadership and Professional Development space and developed an understanding of one or more of the following – instructional design, program facilitation and/or coaching. (For coaches, ICF credential preferred.)
Experience conducting a needs analysis and then assisting with the design of talent management, assessment and LD solutions to achieve the desired organizational objectives/needs.
Knowledgeable about talent management, leadership development and assessment trends and best practices for designing high impact solutions.
At this level, business development and client relationship management feature as an important focus of the role in addition to delivery. Individuals may major on either delivery or business development, or indeed have more of a mixed portfolio. Regardless of major, individuals will contribute to bids, and manage/lead relationships and/or projects of considerable complexity.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify learning solutions aligned to strategic goals.
Lead sales pursuits in collaboration with account teams; contribute to shared revenue targets.
Shape proposals and solution narratives to win major learning transformation programmes.
Design innovative blended learning solutions combining digital, virtual, and in-person methods.
Integrate Korn Ferry’s digital platforms and tools into learning journeys (training provided if needed).
Oversee delivery of multi-year programmes for clients
Manage scope, budget, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate across Korn Ferry’s global practices and regions
The Candidate
15+ years in learning consulting with large-scale, multi-year programme delivery experience.
Significant international project delivery experience with cross-cultural teams and clients.
Expertise in blended learning design (digital, virtual, in-person).
Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
Proven ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments.
Based in Dubai; able to travel for client and internal meetings.
Skills And Competencies
Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
A high degree of customer focus and attention to detail.
Strong drive for results and a commitment to producing a high level of work efficiently and often within tight timeframes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change and ambiguity.
