  • Serve as the primary onsite technical authority for all mechanical commissioning activities and technical escalations.
  • Participate in design reviews, constructability reviews, and commissioning readiness assessments to identify risks and ensure successful execution.
  • Review mechanical drawings, P&IDs, control philosophies, and sequences of operation to verify commissioning readiness and alignment with design intent.
  • Lead safe execution of commissioning activities in compliance with site EHS requirements, RAMS, and risk assessments.
  • Verify that installed systems meet operational, performance, reliability, and customer acceptance requirements.
  • Lead root cause investigations and technical troubleshooting activities during commissioning, performance validation, and defect resolution.
  • Support onboarding, coaching, and technical development of commissioning engineers and deployment partners.
  • Deliver onsite training and knowledge transfer to customers, partners, and internal teams.
