In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
Acquire high net worth quality funded accounts with a minimum balance of USD 1M for HSBC and cross sell relevant products to them at time of Premier onboarding.
Successfully articulate the value and benefits of specific products which best meet these high-net-worth customers’ needs, including Wealth (Insurance & Investment) solutions, credit solutions, etc. through successful referrals to the Premier Services / Relationship Management team.
Collaborate with the Premier and wealth RMs to provide financial planning and advisory services aligning to HNW clients’ needs and investment profile
Demonstrate strong ability to self-source, develop new business by actively prospecting for new HNW clients and referrals, and leveraging your existing network to generate New to Bank leads
Working closely with other members of the Wealth Management team, such as investment, insurance, treasury specialists to provide holistic solutions to our High-Net-Worth premier clients
Maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders within the wider Premier & wealth teams to ensure there is a seamless transfer of the customer relationship once fully established.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Graduation degree is a must to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
In-depth experience in HNI Acquisition within Premier/Private/Wealth Banking
Demonstrated track record of acquiring new-to-bank HNI relationships with USD 1M+ in funding.
Strong experience in pure acquisition roles, not limited to portfolio servicing.
Proven ability to generate leads independently through strong personal networks, referrals, and market connectivity.
Strong commercial acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills, outgoing disposition, well-equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills
