Lazard Asset Management is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager / Analyst to help drive the next chapter of our Saudi & MENA Equities strategy. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced PM to take on real ownership — helping drive capability, shaping how we serve clients across the region, and building something with lasting impact.

You'll join at a pivotal moment, with the mandate and platform to leave a genuine mark on the strategy's direction and growth. We're looking for a seasoned MENA equities investment professional with deep regional expertise, sharp fundamental judgment, and intellectual curiosity. You'll help lead investment decision-making and portfolio construction for the strategy, shape the research agenda, and serve as a visible voice for the team with clients and in the market.

We’ll Trust You To

• Help evolve investment policy and direct portfolio management for the strategy, with ownership over a substantial pool of assets
• Share accountability for portfolio decisions — from idea generation through sizing — as part of the investment team
• Drive original research into market trends, economic indicators, geopolitical context, and individual securities to identify opportunities and manage risk
• Deliver clear, timely investment reporting that gives clients and internal stakeholders real insight into performance and strategy
• Represent Lazard at industry events and conferences, articulating our investment approach with authority
• Own portfolio performance end to end, adjusting positioning to optimize returns and manage risk against client objectives and house targets
• Partner with sales and marketing to win new business and deepen existing client relationships
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• 10+ years of relevant investment portfolio management experience
• Deep experience building and managing strategic equities solutions
• Genuine enthusiasm for MENA markets and the investment process
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• A self-starter with a demonstrated bias toward ownership and outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
