Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Owner / Product Owner to lead Assisted Banking and branch transformation initiatives within a large-scale digital banking environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing digital product roadmaps, Agile delivery squads, customer experience transformation, and branch service modernization initiatives. This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, branch operations, and technology teams to drive customer-centric digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Product Roadmap & Prioritization

  • Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy
  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and operations stakeholders
  • Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and strategic objectives

Digital Branch & Assisted Banking Transformation

  • Drive branch transformation and assisted banking initiatives
  • Support migration of branch services and transactions to digital channels
  • Contribute to paperless banking transformation initiatives
  • Improve customer journey, branch efficiency, and service experience
  • Support transformation of queue management and branch servicing platforms

User Experience & Customer-Centric Delivery

  • Conduct user research and identify customer pain points
  • Translate business and customer requirements into actionable product features
  • Advocate for user-centric design and usability principles
  • Ensure delivery of intuitive and customer-friendly digital experiences

Agile Product Delivery

  • Work within Agile/Scrum squads alongside Product, Technology, Design, and Operations teams
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and delivery reviews
  • Drive continuous improvement and iterative product enhancements
  • Adapt roadmap and priorities based on market trends and customer feedback

  • Strong experience as:

  • Previous experience working in:

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Product Roadmaps
    • Agile Methodology

    • Branch Banking Operations
  • Experience working with cross-functional squads and technology teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Experience

  • Experience in branch transformation and digital servicing platforms
  • Exposure to queue management or assisted banking applications
  • Experience with migration of banking services to digital channels
  • Product Owner / Scrum certifications are an advantage

Education

Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
