Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer with expertise in MEP to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all MEP activities on our projects to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.

Job Responsibility

• Develop project schedules, plans, and budgets for MEP activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with overall project timeline.
• Monitor progress, track variances, and provide recommendations for optimizing MEP schedules.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation strategies to prevent delays in MEP activities.
• Report regularly on the status of MEP activities to project stakeholders.
  
  

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelors degree in Engineering is a must.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the MEP sector.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  

• Experience in creating detailed project plans and schedules
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Ability to analyze project requirements and resource allocations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills for addressing any issues that may arise during the project
• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities to ensure project success
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills to manage project timelines effectively
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to MEP systems
• Team management skills to lead a team of planning engineers effectively
