Your Role in Our Mission

As Senior Personal Assistant to the CEO / CSO, you will be the guardian of their time, energy, and focus. You will manage personal, family, and logistical matters end‑to‑end — ensuring that wherever they are in the world, their day runs smoothly, nothing important is missed, and they can fully focus on leading the company. This is a role for someone who thrives on precision, discretion, and anticipation, turning complexity into seamless execution.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Calendar & Rhythm: Keep the CEO / CSO’s calendar conflict‑free, deliver daily plans, and protect focus, family, and rest time.
• Travel & Mobility: Plan trips end‑to‑end, ensure visas and documents are valid, and resolve disruptions independently.
• Compliance & Connectivity: Track residency days, manage immigration paperwork, and guarantee seamless connectivity across borders.
• Health & Wellbeing: Schedule medical check‑ups, renew prescriptions, and manage wellness needs.
• Inbox & Gatekeeping: Triage emails, draft routine replies, and filter requests with sound judgment.
• Family & Assets: Oversee family itineraries, errands, properties, vehicles, and domestic staff.
• Relationships & Milestones: Track key dates, source gifts, and maintain networks.
• Finance & Admin: Reconcile expenses, manage renewals, and ensure zero lapses.
• Team Coordination: Sync with the other PA to ensure seamless coverage across time zones.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years supporting senior executives in fast‑moving, multi‑country environments.
• Always‑on flexibility: available across time zones, able to travel at short notice, valid passport.
• Clean background and strong references; willing to sign and uphold strict NDA.
• Fluent, polished English (Bahasa Malaysia or other regional languages a plus).
• Reliable transport, valid driving license, and dependable connectivity.
• Proven discretion, judgment, organization, and anticipation skills.
• Integrity with money and access; calm under pressure; sharp on detail.
