Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Performance Tester to design, execute, and optimize enterprise application performance testing strategies. The role focuses on ensuring application scalability, reliability, resilience, and performance across complex distributed banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Engineering

• Design performance testing strategies, plans, and workload models.
• Execute load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing.
• Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts.
• Identify bottlenecks across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
  
  

• Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
• Recommend tuning strategies for application, database, and infrastructure optimization.
• Support capacity planning and scalability assessments.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  
  

• Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Database, and Infrastructure teams.
• Review architecture and designs to identify performance risks early.
• Mentor junior performance testing engineers and promote best practices.
