Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Paid Search Manager to lead and optimize our paid search campaigns across search engines and digital platforms. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and managing high-performing paid search strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in SEM, analytics, and digital marketing with strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Search Strategy & Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Manage budgets, bids, and targeting across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search networks.
    • Oversee campaign setup, optimization, and reporting to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics & Performance Optimization:
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
    • Perform A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments to optimize campaigns.
    • Analyze trends, performance data, and market insights to inform strategy and recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with messaging and brand strategy.
    • Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to support new product launches and promotions.
    • Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:
    • Lead and mentor junior paid search specialists or analysts.
    • Provide guidance on best practices, campaign strategy, and performance optimization.
    • Ensure continuous learning and adoption of new tools, trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5–8+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, PPC, SEM, and paid search optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving high-performing paid search campaigns and achieving ROI targets.
