We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with deep expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard (including Active Data Guard), and GoldenGate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, security, and reliability of enterprise-level Oracle databases. This role requires strong technical skills in database administration, partitioning strategies, backup and recovery, performance tuning, monitoring, and hands-on experience in managing large-scale production environments.

What Youll Do

Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of proven experience as an Oracle DBA. Strong expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard/Active Data Guard, and GoldenGate. Hands-on experience with Oracle Database 12c and 19c. In-depth knowledge of table partitioning techniques and performance implications. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL development, and query tuning. Hands-on experience with RMAN backup/recovery and cloning. Strong understanding of tablespace management, indexing strategies, and MViews. Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and storage concepts (ASM, SAN/NAS, LUNs). Familiarity with OEM monitoring and diagnostics. Knowledge of Tivoli TSM backup integration. Shell scripting for automation (required). Working knowledge of SQL Server and IBM DB2. Oracle Certification (OCP/OCM) preferred.
