Thoroughly understands client and stakeholder needs, challenges assumptions, evaluates projects for cost-effectiveness, and ensures optimal solutions.
Manages and drives project schedules, risk and issue management, and scope change control.
May involve collaborating closely with Allianz and external entities in various countries to fulfill project requirements.
Coordinates and leads operational teams in onboarding strategic new clients or business units, ensuring operational requirements are met and processes are optimized.
Provides input for strategic opportunities and tenders, demonstrating Allianz Partner Health’s capability to meet requirements.
Supports and leads strategic, high-priority projects involving multinational teams and external experts.
Prepares and evaluates business cases and assesses the strategic alignment of all projects.
Plans resource needs and ensures efficient use of shared resources according to project plans.
Facilitates change management processes to secure project benefits.
Commits to ongoing professional development in project and program management and related areas.
Prepares and presents project outcomes, including milestones, issues, and resolutions.
Supports Operations teams in implementing solutions within existing service delivery models.
Engages with project stakeholders to resolve conflicts and address project challenges.
Leads project team members in identifying issues requiring escalation to senior operational leadership.
Coordinates, participates in, and documents conference calls and project meetings.
Communicates effectively and leads cross-functional teams toward successful delivery.
Generates reports for Senior Operational Leadership highlighting achievements, deliverables, and issues, fostering strong relationships with business sponsors and key stakeholders.
What you bring :
Experience
Technical experience working within AzC Operations or Non-Operational Departments for at least four years.
Project management methodology knowledge and relevant qualifications are desirable.
Third-level accreditation from college or university.
Competencies

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
