Responsibilities

Mentor junior credit control staff and oversee their professional development.
Utilize financial software to monitor the credit control data and trends.

Ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards in all credit operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required.
Minimum of five years of experience in credit control or risk management.
Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret complex financial information.
Proficiency in using advanced financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships.
Proven track record of reducing bad debt and mitigating credit risks.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
