Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Design Leadership

  • Lead the design and creative execution of marketing campaigns, digital content, social media assets, presentations, print materials, event branding, and in-venue visuals.
  • Translate marketing objectives and campaign briefs into visually compelling creative solutions across multiple brands.
  • Maintain and elevate visual consistency across all Immersive Experiences brands while ensuring each concept retains its unique identity.
  • Contribute to concept ideation, creative direction, campaign storytelling, and visual strategy.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior creative team members.

Video editing and motion support

  • Lead end-to-end video editing for social media, campaigns, digital ads, event promotions, brand storytelling, and content shoots.
  • Create highly engaging short-form and long-form video content optimized for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads, and digital screens.
  • Develop motion graphics, animated assets, transitions, visual effects, and dynamic video compositions.
  • Edit reels, promotional videos, campaign teasers, behind-the-scenes content, and storytelling-driven brand videos.
  • Understand modern content trends and create videos that maximize engagement, retention, and performance.

AI-Driven Creative Production

  • Use AI tools for ideation, concept generation, visual enhancement, image generation, creative experimentation, and production efficiency.
  • Continuously explore emerging design technologies and recommend tools or workflows that improve creative output.
  • Help integrate AI into the creative process in practical, scalable ways.

Production & Execution

  • Oversee production-ready execution across digital and print deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards, technical requirements, and deadlines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative quality.
  • Support event launches, activations, and venue branding requirements.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to bring campaigns and creative initiatives to life.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, agencies, and content creators on creative output.
  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
  • Drive efficient creative workflows and ensure timely delivery of projects.
