  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies for the Electronics department in alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product assortment optimization and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase product visibility and drive customer traffic.
  • Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to effectively manage product assortment and replenishment strategies.
  • Conduct regular store visits and provide merchandising support and guidance to ensure product presentation is in line with brand standards.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, new product launches, and technology trends to make informed decisions on product selection and merchandising strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of merchandising professionals, providing training and guidance to enhance department performance and achieve goals.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to report on key KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize merchandising strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in merchandising processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency in the Electronics department.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the electronics sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed merchandising decisions.
