Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Proficient with CAD software and other relevant engineering tools and software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and client interaction.
