Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Implement and supervise engineering best practices, standards, and processes across projects.
  • Conduct detailed technical reviews to ensure design integrity and functionality are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including specifications, design calculations, and test plans.
  • Analyze complex mechanical problems and provide efficient and innovative solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
  • Represent the engineering department in client and stakeholder meetings to present project progress.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to incorporate into product development and improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and engineering processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related roles.
  • Proven track record in leading engineering projects from concept through completion.
  • Strong proficiency in engineering software and design tools such as CAD, FEA, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate with teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and a results-driven approach.
  • Solid understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and efficient solutions.
